I’ve been going through a period of trying lots of new skincare products: cleansers, serums & more. And in the process, some products have definitely risen to the top of the pack like the Holy Grail Anti-Aging serum from Bella Ve. After getting the opportunity to try it out for a few weeks, here’s my complete review of this serum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
This serum is targeted as an anti-aging serum but I think it’s so much more. The ingredients are all natural and free of parabens, sulfates, colorants and other unnecessary additives. This serum is vegan and cruelty-free. It’s a lightweight serum that provides plenty of hydration to your skin. According to the website, it states this serum “repairs, hydrates, moisturizes, firms skin, lightens scars, sun damage, age spots, controls acne, calms rosacea and heals dry itchy skin.” The base of this serum is jojoba oil which is one of the oils most similar to the natural oils produced my our body. It’s also known for it’s anti-aging properties and incredibly hydrating for the skin. There is also a blend of essential oils like frankincense, sweet orange, lemon, rose, lavender, chamomile, myrrh, geranium, clary sage, carrot seed, fennel, bergamot, rosehip and calendula that add to the skincare properties of this serum. In addition, all of these essential oils are 100% therapeutic grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

pure essential oils of sweet orange, lemon, rose, lavender, chamomile, geranium, clary sage, carrot, fennel, bergamot, rosehip, calendula, and yes frankincense, gold jojoba and myrrh<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
How To Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Apply it on clean, dry skin both day and night. I personally like to use 2-3 drops during the day to make sure that it absorbs quickly in the morning. At night, I like to really treat my skin with 5-6 drops. Along with applying it to my face, I like to apply a few drops to my neck and d\u00e9colletage. I know it has a natural yellow color, but there’s no need to worry about staining the pillows at night. Trust me I lather this stuff on days my skin needs serious help with breakouts, sun damage or hydration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This serum has been my go-to facial serum\/oil. As I mentioned above, I use it day and night on my face and d\u00e9colletage. I get the best results when really lather this serum on my skin the night before. The next morning my skin is soft, supple and blemish free. The blend of essential oils create such a soothing and calming olfactory experience that it’s even become my favorite nightly winding down ritual. During the daytime though, I use less drops to ensure that it absorbs into my skin before I apply my makeup. My recommendation is to always apply it while you toner is still wet to speed up the absorption process even more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s a lightweight serum that never clogs my pores. It brings my skin back to life from any circumstance: breakouts, sun damage, you-name-it. I typically breakout from poor environmental conditions or very dry skin and it’s perfect for situations like that. It hydrates my skin enough that no future breakouts occur and significantly reduces existing breakouts already on my skin. In a day or two I am breakout free after using this. It’s also an amazing anti-aging serum that has helped significantly reduce my light wrinkles on my forehead (I’m very expressive with my face). It also helped repair my skin from some recent sun damage. My forehead and cheeks were particularly red, sensitive and damaged from the Florida sun. But after a couple days of using this serum, they were rehydrated and restored to their normal texture. It never enhanced or worsened my sensitivity so I highly recommend this serum for sensitive skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Value<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
You know me, I love to talk prices and value. The full-size serum is 1 fl. oz. for $24.95 on the Bella Ve Beauty website, Amazon and Etsy. There is also a travel size 1\/3 oz. roller ball available for $8.95. Serums are one of the more expensive skincare products because they are concentrated doses of goodness. And natural and non-toxic facial serums can easily go above $40 for the same volume ( 1 fl. oz.) of product. So when I first saw the full-size price, I considered it to be on the affordable end of the natural beauty spectrum. Once I actually tried this serum, I was even more<\/em> convinced that I was getting an amazing value for the price. I have tried very few serums at this price range that work as great as this one. So when it comes to value, this serum is all around amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If you give it a try, the Holy Grail serum from Bella Ve will surely become you’re holy grail skincare product. It’s great across all skin types and especially great to my dry, sensitive skin. The difference you see and feel in your skin will get you hooked on this serum. It keeps my skin blemish free, super hydrated and even free of fine lines. I know that I would immediately repurchase this serum the moment it runs out. The price of this serum is also very affordable compared to other serums out there. This kind of value is really difficult to come by in the natural beauty space. So my recommendation is to DEFINITELY try it out if you’re in the market for a new serum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
